While printing, the page stuck inside the printer and started showing the error. For resolving the Epson printer code 0x97, you have to remove the junk from your printer. When your printer is turned on, open the access door. If you see the paper chunks then remove them from the device. Clean the dust from your printer and then close the printer. Again try to take a printout and check for Epson 0x97 error code.
