About

Before using your blender to puree food, make sure you prepare your ingredients correctly. Cut off the stems from fruits and vegetables, and make sure they're roughly chopped. Large pieces of food will take longer to break down, and they may even overtax your blender. Besides, you'll want to make sure the food is soft enough before using it. Be sure to include the liquid in a tomato, too, because solid chunks can be dangerous for people with dysphagia Visit here
